Easy Baked Catfish with Lemon Garlic Butter

- 2 Heartland Catfish Fillets
- ¼ Cup of French Fried Onions
- ¼ Cup of Roasted Red Peppers, diced
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 2 Teaspoons of Roasted Garlic Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter, cut into 4 equal parts
- 1 Lemon, halved
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- PREHEAT your oven to 400 degrees.
- PLACE 2 Heartland Catfish fillets, frozen or thawed, on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- SQUEEZE juice from half a lemon over the fillets. Place 2 pats of butter on each fillet. Top with minced garlic.
- SEASON each fillet with roasted garlic seasoning, salt and pepper. Add diced roasted red peppers on top of each fillet.
- SPRINKLE fried onions onto each fillet. Top fillets with chopped parsley.
- BAKE in pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes. Add 5 minutes to the cook time for frozen fillets.
- SERVE with fresh parsley and sliced lemons.
